Budgeting- How much should I expect to pay for electricity, water, & gas...?

Well, obviously you know it varies greatly... my place is a little over 900 sq. feet. I pay $117/month for electricity. If you call the water company, they should be able to quote you the average for the city. Is it a new condo? If it's been lived in before, request to see utility bills (ask to see winter and summer). You can also call the utility companies and ask the average for that address.
