Is it safe for me to eat so much food?

If you were a bulimic then I really don't understand what you've been through or how to handle it, but I do have a few suggestions on what to do. You should eat what you want until you go see your dietitian she/he will have insight on how you should eat. Don't think you're eating too much because your body is recovering for the lose of nutrients and it's energy source. Don't really push your body over the limit. Trying to lose weight fast will burn your body out and drink water and electrolytes (gatorade) maybe start off by going for walks but even then I don't suggest it at first. You're still recovering so I think you should wait until you're fully recovered to be able to workout. And when you do start, start off slow. And once you do you will need more calories then what you have been eating.
