I have constand anxiety about everything, what do I do?

Yoga. Breathe in and out through the nose, not the mouth. Find a yoga cl, or there are plenty of yoga tape/dvds/exercise programs. Aromatherapy. Buy potpourri and soy candles, did you know looking at a candle steadily is self-hypnosis? It relieves one of stress. Don't use scented candles as they are inducive to headaches. Soy smells clean and fresh and burns just the same. Try neck wraps. Positive thinking. Breathe deeply when you are attacked by anxiety. This should be helpful for your asthma. Every day take 20 min. at least to yourself and just comtemplate and meditate. Maybe take karate or team sports. They might help develop confidence! Take supplements because it just might boil down to a lack of vitamins!
