Wear can i find a sweater like this?

I've been searching for a cute, chunky sweater that ons up in the front (like a cardigan type) but long enough to wear over tights or leggings. I haven't been able to find one long enough, maybe like a crochet type sweater, I've been searching for days and can't really find much. Any ideas of websites/ stores?
