Make sure you are relaxed, hydrated and sitting or lying down and take your pulse again. I bet you will be lower than 85!

If you were a bulimic then I really don't understand what you've been through or how to handle it, but I do have a few suggestions on what to do. You should eat what you want until you go see your dietitian she/he will have insight on how you should eat. Don't think you're eating too much because your body is recovering for the lose of nutrients and it's energy source. Don't really push your body over the limit. Trying to lose weight fast will burn your body out and drink water and electrolytes (gatorade) maybe start off by going for walks but even then I don't suggest it at first. You're still recovering so I think you should wait until you're fully recovered to be able to workout. And when you do start, start off slow. And once you do you will need more calories then what you have been eating.

Suspicious boyfriend and I broke up but still live together?

My boyfriend of three and a half years just broke up today, but we live together in the city and both go to college and neither have the time or money right now to move out right away. Often when I walk over to his computer, he closes out of IMs with girls he talks to online and refuses to open them with me standing near him. I caught him a year ago flirting and making ual jokes with a stranger online, and we nearly broke up over it. He knows I hate when he hides stuff, but he still does it, which makes me suspicious. We fought about it and again almost broke up, but I let it go, even though its hard to trust him. Then, today, he did it again! Then, right in front of me, he right clicks the minimized screen and closes it out. A lot of the time I believe I have at least one, probably more, mental illnesses but then I start to question whther mental illnesses are real. Sleeping problem with 13 month old?

I'm losing my mind, before he stayed at my MILs he slept fine, he would wake maybe once or twice a night and would settle as soon as he was given his dummy (pacifier) now he is waking around the same amount but he is very difficult to settle, I have to stay in his room patting the mattress for him to sleep, I have to pick him up to give him his dummy and I am awake in his room doing this from 3 am every morning, he just wont go back to sleep after this time even though he is absolutely exhausted! is there anything I can do to help him sleep?

I just graduated uni with a 1st cl degree and am going on to do postgrad study and generally have high ideals/aspirations for my life..I feel uncomfortable around people who go no further in life then working as a cashier at my local shop. I am working part time at the minute in one of these places but honestly while I am humble and not arrogant behaving, I just feel I have nothing in common with them..I am also shy in general but my shyness is exacerbated when around these people..I end up feeling quite awful for feeling this way or I suppose for feeling I cannot relate to them merely because of perceived discrepencies in intellect which in all honesty might be entirely fictional. The only standards I can go by is how they dress, how well spoken they are, their general topic of conversation at times?? I just feel awkward I suppose. There are certain things I myself do not want to be--I want to speak proper english and not have my speech peppered with colloquialisms, I want to be cultured, I want to have a dignified dress sense then tracksuits and whatnot sold in pennys, I want to educate myself..I feel these people I work with are none of these things and so I try to reconcile my standards for myself with my personal morality which is to be good to people..

This is concerning an e270 model. Just out of the blue (no pun intended) the thing just totally died. I push the power on, the blue ring lights up, and the Sandisk logo comes up on the screen, but then the screen just goes blank, like illuminated black. And yes I've tried doing a reboot by holding in the power on for 20 seconds. That shuts it off but the problem remains. I even took the battery out and reinstalled it. No difference. Every day take 20 min. at least to yourself and just comtemplate and meditate. Maybe take karate or team sports. They might help develop confidence! Take supplements because it just might boil down to a lack of vitamins!

You have to realize that you are not the only one who goes through rough times. You must be strong and not let this world consume you. There is so much beauty in the life and so many more great things to come in your life. A reason that keeps most of of going in life is the belief in the good things to come. Even though your hurting badly now, it was all be over with before you know it. If you think about your past you remember a short period in your life where you thought it was the end of the world but there are also many stages of your life where you absolutely loved life. Remember the great things in life and take things day by day. Don't dwell on the past because it will make things worse for you. The past is dead and gone and not worth remembering. Thinking about things isn't going to change anything. You need to believe that your existence matters and people would love to have you in their life. Move on with your life, get involved in things, and meet new people. Keep your head up and you will get through this. We have all gone through our own struggles but it is the mindset you have that will let you move on. I know what you are going through is hard but believe me when I say this...some people have is 3x worse than you. You need to start thinking positive no matter how hard it may seem starting today. What do I do with my frizz-loving poofy, dry, curly, wild hair??!?

And trust me, products don't really seem to work... they make my hair presentable but not beautiful... I straighten it twice or thrice a week...I have tried a whole lot of products... I tried Herbal Essences None of that Frizziness(worked a little bit and for a short time) and Garnier Frizz eliminating lotion(worst of all) and this time I bought ethnic hair product called Motions CPR hair leave-in conditioner, its no good for me at all.... I even spent 14 dollars on a little bottle of CHI straight guard, before that I've been using tresseme thermal creations spray... CHI is much better than all of these products but it DOES NOT stop my frizz and it does not make my hair look hydrated....it only works sometimes when my hair is deeply hydrated(rarely) When I use hot oil and do crazy things like mayo hair mask..my hair behave well for a day or two than go back to same old ways.... its soo annoying!!! my hair is not thick like african-american hair..its almost like Caucasian hair with waves and curls a lot of crazy frizz... Can you identify this old nightmare cartoon?

When I was about 6 or 7 years old (early 80s), there was a cartoon that played between shows on our local PBS station. It was about a boy who had a terrible nightmare and the nightmare was animated during the cartoon, as if we were experiencing it too. The only part I remember is when the ceiling light turned into an eye watching him and a blade appeared, hung by a string attached to the ceiling light. The blade swung like a pendulum, getting lower to his bed. It was really creepy. At the end when he woke up, I think he sat up in bed and smiled, and maybe the sun was shining rays or something in the window. The cartoon was probably made pre-80s, but I saw it in the early 80s. Hi, i have a 1996 arctic cat puma snowmobile that wont idle.?

it was sitting for about five years and i just got it running. it seems slugish when i hold the throttle wide open but once the rpm's come up it is ok. it will not idle unless i adjust the throttle cable so it has a high idle. i have completely cleaned the carb and got new plugs. i drained the old ful and put in new fuel with some marvel mystery oil and also put some in both the cylinders. i have tryed playing with both the air fule misture screw and the idle screw and still cant get it. i was just wondering if anyone could help and also if anyone knows the correct amount of turns the mixture screw should be at from tight.

well wen getting them to want to be held its hard and mostly depend on the rat itself like mine i had two rats that loved me but never liked to come out when i picked them up it was a struggle to get them out but when they were on me they loved it they'd climb every were so what i did to get them to want to climb on me is i put a treat just out of there reach and over my arm or leg something like that (it has to be a person that they can climb onto) so this way they had to climb onto me to get a treat that teaches them its ok to come out with you like directly from cage to person this should be practiced regularly don't give them the treat until some part of them is touching you then eventually they should get that coming onto you is good so they will get a treat for it since they are very train able and very smart it shouldn't take long for them to want to come onto you as for pooping they don't care were they poop and its also very hard to control since they poop ALOT so it is normal and they don't care were they poop i don't think theres a way you can stop this but it they pee in the little box that's really good hope that helped if you have any more questions contact me at jeang45@yahoo.com

i connected my garage opener to the door itself but every time i try to close it always comes back up. The sensors are working fine and there is no cause for it to that i but i do notice that the top of my garage door seems to crack and is breaking the top section of the door every time i try to open or close it with the opener.

I am creating an LLC to purchase a property and to make a long story short the bank requires that I have one particular person to be a 50/50 partner on the LLC with me. Weird dream last night. Need help!!!?

alright last night i had a dream that i was at my school. I was sent to the library, and now relise that it was my actual schools library not some dream library. I went to see the library teacher person and i saw a superhero i never saw. Then he muttered. "run kid" And dissappeared. i turned around to see this one kid who was running around ducking down so i couldn't see him. Then i got closer and relised he was like a zombie... but he had fangs, like a vampire. Anyways, he was really slow but when i got to far away he reappeared near me. There is a princible intern at our school who i saw in the cafe. I said something about blocking the doors. He asked why and saw the zombie and screamed something into a mic. So then i guess he pulled the fire alarm, but what happened is i ran and the zombie grabbed me. I shut up for a second then screamed as he went to bite me. Then he acted like a baby and smiled like it was a joke. then the fire alarm rang and the guy turned evil... then i woke up.

Personally i would go for oats, due to the high level of carbohydrates, which is very usefull if you go the gym, for example running, carbohydrates release energy in stages through the day, so you can exercise for longer and harder. but you can also get oat-bran, it's a mixture of both, as you can obviously see in the name lol.

At 25 I rented an apartment in their house and paid them rent. I lived two floors above them. We'll see how the game turns out. Both offenses are very strong. Neither defense is all that great statistically. The Colts were a little better over the course of the season. The Saints have given up a lot of yards and points defensively, but have been great at creating and taking advantage of turnovers all year long. I don't think the Colts will make a lot of mistakes though and do think they're more likely to win. Manning makes good decisions and gets rid of the ball quickly; I don't seem him getting beaten up like Favre was. I'd like to see the Saints win though. I used to go to games there sometimes when I lived in the Florida panhandle.

Pooping Outside Litter Box?! HELP ME!?

My cat, Maverick, is a 1 year old male, who has been fixed. He is part maine coon, so he's a big boy! Anyways, he poops outside his litter box. He pees in it, but not poops. It's the same litter he's used since he was a kitten, nothing has changed, he gets SO SO SO much love and attention. I scoop it EVERY day, sometimes twice a day. He's such a wonderful cat, but he doesn't go poop in the BOX! And his box has NO lid, and it's big, so he can move around comfortably. I haven't taken him to the vet yet, should I?
