Is it possible to get pregnant when going through menopause?

im 46 had unprotected for 3 years with same partner periods always regular but not had one since jan7 some days i feel nausea in mornings it might be start of the menopause i also feel tired and want to wee alot did a preg test 2 weeks ago was neg i know the chances of getting pregnant at my age are slim
