How do i fix my computer if the DBLBUFF.sys and IFSHLP.sys is corrupted on windows 2000?

It won't load to the regular desktop it comes up with just a black screen that says the DBLBUFF.SYS and IFSHLP.SYS is corrupt, how do you fix that ?
