I want to ask the Dutch specifically but how do I get a Yacht enabling me to work for myself?

Get a better education. Otherwise you're just going to keep going from one clueless situation to another. The only one denying you anything is YOURSELF. Get out of your own way, get an education and stop making stupid mistakes.
