How do i unlock gannon on harvest moon island of happiness?

Im on spring day 11 year 2 and he STILL isn't here. I used my action replay which let you use codes and i hav a code that i can't take off that makes me have every one. It shows Gannon there but his store isn't open!! Ugh!! I don't know what to do!! Also lanna, Pierre, the curch ppl, denny, sabrina and her dad say they are either depressed or have buiseeness else where. Is this normal?? When do they come back?? I was going to marry pierre and its been a year! help!!
