What kind of a cream can I use to help sooth a Pygmy Goats skin?

Two of my Pygmies have a bit of dry skin due to shedding. I had found a cream online that was from Australia for livestock it had cocoa er, tea tree oil and a bunch of other stuff in it to help with deterring bugs and sooth skin. But now I can't find it. So is there a cream that I can use on Pygmies? And do you know if it's safe to use tea tree oil on Pygmies? Thanks :)
