Oats? Wheat ? Bran? whole grains ? very confusing.. which is better for you ?

Personally i would go for oats, due to the high level of carbohydrates, which is very usefull if you go the gym, for example running, carbohydrates release energy in stages through the day, so you can exercise for longer and harder. but you can also get oat-bran, it's a mixture of both, as you can obviously see in the name lol.
