OK, What To Do With My New GTX275?

Not worth the swap... you're fine. Quad won't do anything amazing and should actually be harder to overclock since the 2 cores will put more stress on the motherboard. So just keep everything the way it is. I'm in the market for a graphics card too as my 8800gts G80 is still holding strong, but I want better :p
