Will I lose weight if i follow this diet?

Eating: Breakfast- toast, fruit, apple juice. Lunch- Salad , Water, Snack when ever Fruit Veggie, yogurt, and 3 days a week some 100 calorie popcorn, icecream, of blueberry muffin. Dinner Veggie fruit meat (chicken ) , salad. Drink about 5 bottles of water daily. Exercise:YMCA tredmill 20 min. ellipticals 20 min. bike 20 mine. 3 set of 10 on 15 machines that are muscles for diff muscles. on mon. thur. sun. sat. (only days i can make it to gym. day not at gym dont have a lot of time so i will jump rope or jumping jacks run up stairs and do crunches and stuff like that for abut 10-15 min. i want my love handles to go away and flatten tummy. leg and arms smaller and toned. im 5'6 and 155lbs.. what do yo think ill loose in 4 months doing to that. some days i wont beable to stick to it thogh. but maybe just 2 days a month not bad. but i wont completely fall off. give me tips also.
