Prague or Plzen, Czech Republic...who's been there? Any opinions?

I'll be in Europe in March, just trying to figure out where I wanna go. Bear in mind, I'm mid 20's looking mainly for some good nighlife in addition to the sights. Any other recommendations would be great too. Thanks much
