Family member dies while the cop detains Texans RB Ryan Moats in hospital parking lot. Where's the compion?

I disagree. The police captain said it himself that it doesnt take police training to have common sence. I cant imagine how Moats felt when he didnt even get to say a word to her. I feel for the guy.
